Joseph
You read the book, an answer to find,
the growing question, in your mind.
All pastors said they were true
This was not your point of view.
The pages turned and then you saw
If any lack wisdom let him ask of god.
A restless night but then the dawn
To the woods you went not far from home
As you knelt for your humble prayer
An uneasy feeling filled the air.
You couldn’t breathe or even talk
This was the end or so you thought
But then the light, so bright the rays
This is my son hear him god says
Joseph, Christ says they all are wrong
They haven’t the priesthood to help them along
The authority to act in my name,
will soon be back on the earth again.
You brought this church to me and mine
For this I will be thankful for all time.
